We are a professional property management firm specializing
in both residential and commercial property management.

We maintain six in-house maintenance personnel. The benefit
relates to any problems that may arise, we can fix the
problem in 24 hours or less. No waiting around or hoping
that the work has been done correctly. Our maintenance
persons are high trained, highly certified, and are hired
by Lynx Property Services, not on a contractual basis.

Lynx Property Services is structured with one principal
broker, licensed real estate agents, on-site accounting
department, roaming maintenance, commercial and residential
property managers, and an office conveniently located
off IH-35 and Oltorf in Austin, Texas.
