Here is important information you need to know if you are placing a resident in one of our properties. The items below are required prior to any payment for services.
- You must submit an invoice. All invoices may be emailed to Accounting@LynxPropertyServices.com
- The Lease must be signed by all parties.
- All Application Fees, Security Deposits, any Prorated Rents and the First Full Month of Rent must be paid by Applicant.
- Invoices are paid 30 days after the move in and will not be paid earlier.
