About Us
Lynx
Property Services was founded in 1997 by our president Keith
Whittington, in the hopes of building a reputable, competent,
financially strong, customer-service oriented company. Over
the years, Lynx Property Services has grown from Keith Whittington
and his accountant Mary Mitchell to a prosperous, quickly
growing company, with separate departments for residential
management, commercial property management, accounting,
real estate sales, and marketing.
Lynx
Property Services was founded on the simple rule of making
profits for our clients, and being readily available to
our tenants. From this simple rule, our company has challenged
itself to tackle some of the toughest properties in Austin,
Texas. We pride ourselves on taking on these tough properties
and creating profits for those owners who might have never
thought of positive cash flow for their units.
As our
company moves into the early years of the new millennium,
we have developed a website for easier viewing of our properties
and information requests, new marketing techniques to tap
into clients and tenants who might not be aware of Lynx
Property Services, and a strong, business approach to real
estate management.
